Please be aware that all use of this website is at your own risk. 4B Trading cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may result, directly or indirectly, from the content of the website. We reserve the right to make changes to the content, terms, and conditions without prior notice. As a user, it is your responsibility to regularly check and accept the current terms and conditions on each visit before using the website.

We may collect personal & non-personal information through the use of cookies, such as contact details (name / email / address / phone number) and your IP address, browser type, and browsing preferences. This information is used to process your order and improve our website. Therefore, by using our website, you agree to our privacy policy as described herein.

Product images:

The images of products used on our website are originally own to 4B Trading and/or authorized to 4B Trading. Please note that actual features and colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to variations in display resolution on different devices.

Out of Stock:

Please note that the actual stock quantity at the time of picking your order may differ from the stock quantity at the time of your order placement. We will keep you informed if any items become "out of stock" as we process your order.

If you have paid for the order, we will ensure to refund you accordingly.

Payment:

We currently only accept bank transfer payment until further notice. We will send you email to confirm your order and provide you with bank details for your payment.

Shipping:

We offer standard deliveries as non-signature (i.e courier can leave at your door); However, we can also meet your request to arrange secured delivery (with signature) with additional delivery charge that will be discussed with you prior to delivery booking. It is important to ensure that you provide the correct delivery address on the check-out page as we will not be liable for undelivered goods due to incorrect / incomplete delivery address you provided. All deliveries are trackable with tracking numbers to be provided to you.

Please note that courier fees are non-refundable and orders are generally dispatched within three working days of receipt of your order. Free shipping can be offered, depending on our current special offer. Any orders over NZ$120will be free of charge within Auckland.

Return / Exchange

Due to nature of products, we only accept return or exchange if products are not used and still in same condition as you received. If product(s) in manufacturer's packaging, the package must be intact. We will require proof of purchase to complete your return request.
